After taking a break from her acting career, Veronica Schneider won five Emmys with her inspirational documentary, “Between Borders. “
Schneider found success behind the scenes as a producer, director, and writer, telling the moving and shocking story of border crossings and the individual lives of immigrants.
“It is a documentary made with such dedication, passion, and conviction, which seeks to positively impact society to promote empathy and sensitize ourselves to the tragedy experienced by many Latin American brothers on the borders with the United States.
That is what we pursue, to be able to continue carrying messages, to touch souls and hearts for a united society in favor of those who need it, ” Schneider wrote on social networks with a photo announcing his achievement.
With this step forward, Schneider took the honors of Best Social Interest News, Best Narration, Best Book, Best Editing, and Best Photography.
