They share the first images of Belinda in “Welcome to Eden”

Amid speculation about the reasons that would have caused the end of the relationship and commitment between Christian Nodal and Belinda, Netflix shared the first images of Welcome to Eden, a series that will mark the return of the Spanish actress to the screen after approximately 13 years since his last telenovela in Mexico.

Belinda Peregrín Schüll is considered one of the Spanish artists who has managed to conquer the Mexican public with her performances on stage and in television productions. Since she was a child, she achieved stardom thanks to her leading roles in children’s soap operas such as Amigos for Siempre, Aventuras en el Tiempo, and Cómplices al rescue.

Over the years, the singer continued her time on television outside of Mexican lands with other productions: Ugly Duckling, The Cheetah Girls 2, and Baywatch. However, she also ventured to be part of two Mexican telenovelas, the first was Corazones al limit (2004), where she shared credits with Sherlyn, Érika Buenfil, Sara Maldonado, Arturo Peniche, among others. The second, and last to date in Mexico, was Camaleones (2009) with Edith González, Alfonso Herrera, and Pee Wee.

After approximately 13 years of this last telenovela in Mexico, Belinda will return to the small screen in Welcome to Eden, a Netflix Spain production that will premiere in April 2022. A few days ago, the streaming platform shared the first images of the story, where you can see the interpreter of Light without gravity under her mysterious character of whom more is unknown about it.

“ Get your boarding pass ready. The journey of a lifetime begins in April,” the Instagram post read. Belinda reacted with white hearts in the comments section and also uploaded a photo on her profile within the same social network.

The series tells the story of a group of young people who embark on a journey to a paradisiacal place to attend a party to which they were invited, but not everything is what it promises because they soon realize that the situation is totally different. in an unexpected adventure that will change their lives.

In addition to Belinda, the main cast is made up of Amaia Salamanca, Amaia Aberasturi, Lola Rodríguez, Berta Vázquez, Begoña Vargas, Sergio Momo, Guillermo Pfening, Ana Wagener, Albert Baró and Tomy Aguilera, Ana Mena. The first season will consist of eight chapters that were recorded in Barcelona, ​​San Sebastián and Lanzarote, Spain.

So far, the actress has not shared details about her character, but she did anticipate that there will be a second season in an interview she gave for the Hoy program in November of last year. Within the talk, Belinda mentioned that she is very excited about this project because it will be her return to acting.
