American actor and filmmaker Daniel Baldwin are visiting El Salvador to meet with officials from the government of President Nayib Bukele to “discuss the creation of a film and television company in the country.”
The Autonomous Executive Port Commission (CEPA) shared a tweet with images of the actor walking through the Óscar Arnulfo Romero international airport with the ambassador of El Salvador in the United States, Milena Mayorga.
“Today (Thursday) the famous actor @DanielBaldwin landed at our International Airport in El Salvador, who is coming to meet with the president @nayibbukele (Nayib Bukele)”, he published.
Diario El Salvador reported on Twitter that the American producer will meet with Bukele government officials “in order to discuss the creation of a film and television company in the country.”
He indicated that, on February 7, Baldwin reported that, together with his family, “they will create an alliance with El Salvador to work with President Bukele in the construction of the most important film and television company in the history of Latin America.”.
“I’m flying to El Salvador to meet with the president @nayibbukele, together we will discuss many factors that will lead us to build an incredible film community. I can’t wait to start. Thank you, Mr. President,” the actor posted on Twitter on Wednesday.
