The company based in Broward County, Florida, will pay MGM Resorts International $ 1.075 million in cash for the assets to operate The Mirage Hotel and Casino, according to a statement.

According to the statement, through the acquisition, the Hard Rock brand plans to build its striking guitar-shaped hotel on the famous Las Vegas Strip, an area surrounded by luxurious hotels, casinos, and neon lights that represent the city.
Hard Rock International purchased the licenses and naming rights for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas in May 2020 and “promised to bring the iconic brand to the Las Vegas Strip when the right opportunity presented itself, “ the statement details.
The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, housed in an impressive guitar-shaped building that according to its creators is unique in the world, officially opened in October 2019 and is located in Hollywood, near Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
The 638-room hotel, housed in the 35-story 450-foot-tall building, is the flagship of a $ 1.5 billion renovation project at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino complex. which started in 2017.
The Seminole Tribe of Florida bought in 2007 Hard Rock International, owner of the famous restaurant chain Hard Rock Cafe, which now has franchises in more than 68 countries around the world, according to its website.
